The best time send your save the date cards is about a year before your special day. We recommend you send them as soon as you have set your wedding date. Other stuff like location and wedding times can be added to your wedding invitations later on.

Our recommendation is that you send your wedding invitations around three to four months before your wedding. This enables your guests time to come back to you therefore helping you get the final guest amounts to pass on to your wedding venue. Simples.

General rule of thumb is to order one invitation per household. Ordering a few spare invitations to allow for mistakes never goes amiss and spare invitations are also useful if an initial guest is unable to attend. You can then utilise them to invite a replacement guest.

Absolutely! Not only can you, but you should! This is your special day, it needs your unique twist!

Of course! We recommend that you use guest information cards to tell guests about the finer details of your special day. These can be included when you send your wedding invitations, therefore keeping postage costs to a minimum!

Firstly you need to check with your wedding venue and when they require you to finalise numbers for catering and seating arrangements, etc. Your RSVP date should be around a month before the day so this will give you time to collate and provide the guest numbers for your chosen venue.

Traditionally done, the hosts of the wedding day send the invitations. More often than not, the bride will send them, she knows it’ll be done correctly then!

The order of service should include music you enter to, hymns, prayers, marriage and benediction. You could even include details on the wedding reception that follows. Finish by thanking guests for attending and even name the wedding party on the back page. Make sure that you check the contents of your order of service with the person conducting the service before placing your order and going to print. Some lyrics may require copyright permission before being used.

Please place your order for a table plan no less than three weeks before your wedding day. If you’re struggling to finalise seating arrangements and need to place your order at a later time than recommended, we can process the order in about a week so worry you not. But it is best to contact as soon as possible to ensure we can achieve this for you. Its all about communication!

As soon as you can sign off your proof, the quicker we can begin printing and sending out your order. Please contact us directly if you need to speed things up, this is your special day and we’ll do what we can to take any pressure off of you if we can. This is what we do and do very well.
